"I have used a lot of these powder hydration packs along with pedialyte, gatorade, etc. After a year of hospitalizations and two surgeries re: GI tract, it's really important I stay hydrated. The problem with most of the random ones on the shelves is the sugar, fake sugar, etc. and this uses dextrose, and just enough to hydrate and do the specific job. I am not sure what took me so long to find this brand but I am subscribing now after using it for a few weeks."
