Refund Policy

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@hydralyte.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that you we will deduct the cost of the return shipment from your total refund on the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement.  These requests must be receive within 7 days of package delivery date.

Subscription Order Returns & Refunds

  • We may issue refunds for subscription orders at our discretion. However, if we detect excessive abuse or misuse of our subscription program, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.

  • Subscription order returns are subject to a 20% processing and handling fee.

  • We offer only one return per customer per year for Subscribe & Save orders due to cancellation forgetfulness.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for shipping costs, accessories like water bottles, bags, or promotional items.

We accept returns for orders up to $100. For orders exceeding $100, only the first $100 is eligible for return, and the remaining amount is non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team before placing your order.

Please note: Customer satisfaction guarantee is valid for up to 30-day of the purchase date. Refund processing times may vary and require 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution, credits may not appear on your account right away. You may need to check with your bank or credit card company if you think there may have been an error, to ensure the refund is processing. If you continue to have issues after 10 days, please contact us by e-mailing orders@hydralyte.com. 

Discounts & Promotions

Promotions and coupon codes and valid for a limited time. Hydralyte reserves the right to cancel, suspend or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code is allowed per transaction.
